Is there any support anymore ?

Is there any game support or did Q get everyone ?
I have critical tickets since 2 weeks ago open and still no answer.

    For me it's 6 weeks...I would not count on it ever receiving an response anymore. They simply do not care...they figured that money comes in no matter what, so support is no longer needed...

    Critical to you isn't always critical to DB. Critical usually means stuff like "unplayable game". Not "loot issues"

    It's still getting a bit ridiculous, though

    The team is doing everything in their power to get resume better response times.
  • Both my tickets were resolved within 2 weeks. They were not critical so the responses to my zendesk updates came a day or 2 after I updated them. I am fine with that because I know other people had much larger issues.
  • @CSMone01 - not being able to gear up any of the high level characters is as unplayable as it gets.

    And no, still no response. One more week passed... I lost over 3k chronitons, over 2 mil credits and an unknown number of items.

    And that's not counting all the junk crew I had to re-level-up and cryo.
