For me it's 6 weeks...I would not count on it ever receiving an response anymore. They simply do not care...they figured that money comes in no matter what, so support is no longer needed...
Both my tickets were resolved within 2 weeks. They were not critical so the responses to my zendesk updates came a day or 2 after I updated them. I am fine with that because I know other people had much larger issues.

Critical to you isn't always critical to DB. Critical usually means stuff like "unplayable game". Not "loot issues"

And no, still no response. One more week passed... I lost over 3k chronitons, over 2 mil credits and an unknown number of items.
And that's not counting all the junk crew I had to re-level-up and cryo.
