I got a push notification saying shuttles have returned logged in and went to claim a KCA shuttle I got pushed back to main screen and the device locked. I could not open any other apps, close the apps or turn off my device (iPhone 6) the only solution was to allow my battery (19% at the time) run out. For 15mins my screen just displayed this image

Did you try a soft reset? (Aka, hold down home button and power button until the screen goes black.)

It’s the best solution I’ve found to other apps doing similar things.

Tried wouldn't work it just froze up the device usually I'd press the home button and swipe the app closed it wouldn't let me try that or even switch the device off. Only thing that allowed me to clear the app from my screen was to allow the battery to run out on my phone
  • Pull the battery instead of letting it run down,

If you need help post what you got and ill walk you thru it most are pretty easy

Used to repair the stuiped things lol

It's not a good sign if your phone doesn't respond to the soft reset procedure : (
i'd make sure you've got anything important on it backed up asap.
