Don't fix anything in the game until you fix this

The chat in this game is horrific. I'm sure 99% of the player would not be upset if you even took an event or two off to fix this. I have been logged on to the game and then I see a message from a fleetmate in the fleet chat, and it is a response to something, it is a response to to something that is not there. I restart the game, and I miss half of the conversation. Do I really have to download an app to chat with my fleetmates?

    Do not fix this until you fix everything else in the game.

    My fleet also uses line, due to several issues with chat,

    But fix this first,meh, rather see better CS support before anything else
