Limit Ship Schematic Drops in the Premium Rewards

Either limit the ship schematic drops in the premium rewards vendor or create a vendor for crew only. In two 10 x pulls I got firstly 7 schematics in the first and then 6 in the second. Players who have been playing for a while don't need ship schematics.
