Was Tricorder's (TOS) drop rate nerfed?

So, what's the deal with this item? It drops only from The Prodigal Son mission and wiki stats that it costs roughly 9,1 chrons per unit..
I just ran 2x 10 Warps (20 runs, 80 chrons) and got 1 (ONE)?? So one unit costed me 80 chrons..
I'm aware of the rng and that's all cool but I noticed lately that this item drops much less than it's supposed to? I don't remember if I ever got more than 3-4 units per 10 warps run..
