Not sure were to turn to now, other then the forum staff or players
STT is becoming unplayable for me at this time due to a couple of different reasons which i will list below
Not sure if anything can be done with these Issues/Bugs as i have made several C.S. tickets and forum post and not made a lot of head way, Any help with these would be greatly appreciated
1. voyage freezing up - This started last week had a voyage start rolling back its clock from 16 hours to 16 hours 20 secs then repeating, was unable to recall as hitting the button did nothing, after a couple of days was able to get it fixed with a forced voyage recall from C.S staff
had two other voyages since then do same thing, but was able to recall , did not turn in tickets due to not wanting to wait on C.S. to reply and spend couple of days wasting time on it, so just bit the bullet on those two
now again today i had to submit a another ticket because of same issue at 14 hours, and it rolling back again with the recall button not working
This really throws a monkey wrench into using voyages, which are the main source of chron, credits, purples etc etc
and now its also holding up a lot of my first string roster for event as i can not bring it home which is going to hurt my rank and all that in tales
2. Event VP rewarding incorrect - had this issue in December. for 3 different events over a 3 week period(ticket was acknowleaged and told working on a fix and was well compensated for the issue)
seemed to have went away till last week , but now wondering if i was skipping over it with kick start as i started to do that method around that time , notice it started again last week with the nerf to shuttle missions
Problem was VP reward would showing 2250,2750 1800 or lesser numbers on total reward Even after reset the game to make sure i was not getting a false positive, but when completed it would reward me the next step down so if showed 2750 i would only get the 2250 etc etc , seem to clear up tho once i hit 3500s which makes it hard to catch back up in rank with system messing up
this has made it VERY frustrating on events with being able to rank and thus rewards, especially after spending a couple hundred dollars on $99.00 -$9.99 event packs as i usually get most of them if not all of them, plus more on double star offer and also cadet tickets for boosts, chron, and items to quickly upgrade event characters for events to get better rank thus rewards (have not this week due to these issues/bugs)
3. C.S reply time and corresponds - Some tickets have been handled very well, others not so well
Reply times have started to become a Major issue especially on events and voyages issues as this massively effects playing the game (see above 1 and 2 ) at this point i am still waiting on a reply in regards last weeks vp issue, last response for CS was Monday at around 11 pm its now Thursday at around 4 pm
(i do try to be understanding with the back log issue but at certain point it is becoming a problem )
Have always tried to be nice and polite when dealing with CS, as i also am in customer service and know what its like to wear those shoes lol , for the most part i have felt i have been able to succeed at this,
heck i even try to joke around a bit with them to lighten the mood and hopeful brighten their day a bit, since all they see all day is complaints
4. Compensation for issues/bugs - ya ya i know probably a touchy area lol
Have had several issue/bugs that i have not asked for Compensation, you can review my trouble call tickets plus what i spend to get a better understanding that i am not looking for a hand out or something for nothing
Had couple issues/bugs were i felt that it was well handled to the time and effort it took to resolve the issue,
Had one or two that did not even match what i had lost much less the the time and effort to get issue resolved
and then there are some that honestly were just kinda insulting
example - 200 merits,250 chron, 1 x 4* item is great for minor issues is totally understandable
(as these are items that can be gotten by players in game in a very short amount of time, merits from daily quests, chron one 6 hr voyage or just daily and a bit of time, item from running one 7 or 8 level ep which takes a coupe of secs to a 3 hr faction shuttle )
but after several days or weeks of back and forth between player and CS, lose of resources greater then the amount offered, event rank drop due to issues regarding events
The Compensation need to better match the issue/time involved
Not sure what else i can say here, think at this time i hit everything i can think of that is causing game to became unplayable by me at this time, as i am unable to do what a lot of players can,
Sadly its getting to the point where i am spending more time trying to get bugs/issues fixed, writing CS/waiting on response, making forum post to get these fixed then i am actually getting to play the game

Do you mean the VP shown here isn't always matching what's rewarded (a well known display bug)...
...or VP shown here isn't matching what's rewarded (the pop-up when you click/tap on the VP icon) or something else entirely?
Also note there is no such thing as a 3000 VP shuttle (just want to clarify things cause if you're seeing 3K something's really odd) [...1800, 2250, 2750, 3500, 4000].
Example, it will show 2250 on main screen after reseting app where the 3 factions are listed or one depending on event ,will also show it on clicking on the inside of the faction,also difficulty with be for 2250, but as im opening completed mission i will sometimes get 1800
Started to notice it on the over night shuttles the most when i run time extender boosts, suppose to get, i would get 3600 on a win instead of 4500 on wins that first clued me in that i was having issues, does the step down on loses also
Ethier that or with the rate of fails i have been getting on those im missing it with fail amounts, as i normally dont pay lot of attention to fails
But let you say, from a player with 3 accounts and 2 accounts ranked every shuttle event Top 200. There are no VP issues. Only issues are the wrongly displayed success chances, that often not match the true server side success rate.
So i will see that, will have the diffucly to win @that, but when i go to open completed it will show next step down on the amount sometimes
Ok thats not the case here, start all four at same time plus open all four at same time, also easy to do a total count on total vp to see what gain and lose are
So if i open 4 win shuttles all started at same time, and they award 2750,2250,2250,2750when complete all at same time thats normal?
With amonts and diffucly shown as 2750
Also CS found a issue back durning the dec. Events on my account

I get pass at 2750, then i get a fail it kicks me down to 2250 even tho it started as a 2750, then a pass then it kicks me back up,then a pass again , and that would give me the 2750,2250,2250,2750 somtimes or combo of that
My understanding was if open all 4 @2750 (without a fail or pasd inbetween)you get 2750 or lose rate at that till you open next ones?
