Purchase Not Received

A Fleet Member of mine said that he purchased a Grow your Crew Pack for $25.98 yet did not receive anything from it. I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem as well as I do not even see this pack in my portal. @Shan (captain name "Hashtag Dunsel" could you please look into his ticket this seems like a big problem to me.

Changing your name in game does not mean your forum name will be changed as well. Look into your profile for instructions on how to modify you forum name.
To make things go faster I would suggest sending it now, you can reply to the ticket received confirmation email that was sent out to you, that will update your ticket.
Done, I replied to the confirmation email and sent receipt with it.

On third escalation ,was told it would be a day or two for a reply, im on day 5 with no reply now lol
So pull up a chair pick a maganize up , going to be awhile lol
