Purchase Not Received

A Fleet Member of mine said that he purchased a Grow your Crew Pack for $25.98 yet did not receive anything from it. I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem as well as I do not even see this pack in my portal. @Shan (captain name "Hashtag Dunsel" could you please look into his ticket this seems like a big problem to me.

  • I am the one that purchased the pack and did not receive it but when I checked my bank account it shows that I was charged for the purchase.
  • P.S. my game name is Hashtag Dunsel but it still shows up on here as captain awesome Dunsel my previous name.

    If you submitted a ticket it will be dealt with as soon as possible, make sure to provide a proper receipt from the platform where you made the purchase.

    Changing your name in game does not mean your forum name will be changed as well. Look into your profile for instructions on how to modify you forum name.

    To make things go faster I would suggest sending it now, you can reply to the ticket received confirmation email that was sent out to you, that will update your ticket.

    Done, I replied to the confirmation email and sent receipt with it.
  • Not understanding what the problem is, I got a response to my e-mail that has the receipt and they are asking what pack it is, I mentioned before and again that it was the “grow your crew” pack that has 15 of the 10x premium portals and 1,500 dilithium that was offered on Monday.

    I think the main issue is that the receipt is partly cut and does not seem to show the purchase you are referring to.

    Could you please provide a full view of the receipt? Thank you!

    Shan I have not received any further response and have sent a few e-mails including the one with the new screenshot of the receipt. I am getting a little bit worried and concerned with the lack of response that my ticket Might get closed without being compensated for my purchase which I did not receive.
  • @Shan it seems that your support response time for paying customers is far from adequate. I would press your superiors for an upgrade in support. It is not good business to leave a paying customer in wait it only lowers the chances that they will remain a paying customer... I really hope someone from the admin team can light a fire under supports butt to get things done for the people investing in the salaries of all those who work for Disruptor Beam.

    Might as well get seated man, customer support wait time is worse then the dmv

    Still waiting on a ticket that started on feb 09 lol
    On third escalation ,was told it would be a day or two for a reply, im on day 5 with no reply now lol

    So pull up a chair pick a maganize up , going to be awhile lol

  • i usually never have to wait more than a day on any tickets i have sent in i think their protocol is not working and people get stuck in an endless que of going nowhere... maybe because the topic was not changed from default and it goes to the end of a list of people with the exact same topic name?

    Who do you think you are brunt to tell them to ignore my ticket which they seem to have been doing anyways, I spent good money on this game and got nothing for it. I feel as the distributor beam has robbed me. Maybe they should ignore your tickets, how would you like that.

    As long as you update it every 5 days, the ticket should not be automatically closed, in case you were wondering.
  • They just gave me the wrong pack a $10 dilithium pack when I purchased the $25 grow your crew pack. They are messed up.
