Keep the Shuttle Countdown on the Command Deck

It would be helpful to keep the time countdown on the command deck for shuttle missions rather than replacing it with the number of open but unused shuttles you have hanging. Shuttles are an all day thing, it would be helpful to see progress at a glance.

    Not a solution, since you can't dismiss already open transmissions.
