I’m a little over 1,500 and I’ve placed first twice and in the top 5 at least 3 other times and have never gotten Guinan. Once the highest crewman I got was a 4* and it turned out to be a duplicate of one I already had. I’m doing well in my current gauntlet so FINGERS-CROSSED!

4.6K rounds, zero Guinan. I did get 2 Locutus back in the day so maybe I'm paying for that now. To be honest, while she would be nice to get, I'm not going to be heartbroken if I don't before she leaves.

Too many! Also those 3* trainers do my head in, so no, I don't bother with gauntlet anymore.
