Can't start voyage due to no name being accepted

I can't send voyages anymore. No names are accepted at all, even the most unique and non-threatening names I can come up with show an error that they're against regulations.

    It sometimes happen when there is an issue with the connection. Make sure to restart the game and try again in a bit?

    That's probably it. restarting it said that it didn't have connection, even though I can get to everything else on the internet just fine.

    The problem with the name error being displayed, is that it could mean that and any other error which might happen.
    I've gotten once in a situation where the GUI allowed me to pick a crew that was away on a shuttle. But the server complained about it and threw a 'name not allowed' error on my screen, which was not the issue.
