Are There Lists of 4* and 5* Crew Available from Premium Rewards Packs and Voyages?

Hello fellow captains!

I was wondering if anyone knows of a list of all of the 4* and 5* crew that we can pull from Premium Rewards Packs?

And likewise, does anyone know of a list of the 4* crew that are available as drops from Voyages?

I've got some merits I can use to Immortalize some of my 4* crew, but I would prefer to use them on characters that I won't find in either of those two.

I've also tried googling both of those, but have so far come up with zip, so I wanted to check and see if there was something I'm missing.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't think one exists, but I am pretty sure there's a lot of event crew since September still unavailable through portal and voyage, and i think there are some that go back even further. Probably it's easier if you list the ones you are looking for in particular.

The last portal update was in October, according to everything I’ve read, and that does not include many crew from September, October, or Jazz Musician Riker. :P

That's a whole list not one of who is unavailable through portal or voyages

there was a post on this in The Bridge recently, that covered all the 4*s that were NOT available in pulls ... too lazy to search for it right now, might do so later.
