Fleet window visual bug

When entering the fleet window for the first time in a session, there is a gap at the top of the fleet member roster, just above the first squadron name.



After scrolling down once in that area, the gap disappears, and does not reappear during the same game session. This is happening both on Steam and Android (recently updated version on both).

Looks visually at first glance that the screen starts with the top part cut off. Then i am reminding myself to ignore it, that it's just so much empty space above.
