Discovery Crew Sound Clips

None of the new Discovery crew have sound clips. Why?
The reason given as to why more crew do not have sound clips; iirc was it was difficult to locate high quality clips without any background effects/sound/noise. Surely a series being filmed in 2017 has pure audio you can use.
So where are they?

They should have access to dialogue recording before the offending background cruising, and beeps, twills and boops are added since the show is in production.
