Can anyone give a summary of what the individual bonuses will involve?

By that I mean, in what area of the game will they apply? Faction events? Galaxy? Arena? Gauntlet? Progressing through the game levels? Or everything?!

    Regarding bonuses for Skills, thus far I am only seeing increases for 'Core Skill', which will make crew better for Faction events and Voyages, but not for The Gauntlet or the Arena.
    However, we will need to wait for someone to go up to the Max Level of every Collection to see if there are other bonuses available, which are not immediately visible.

    ? Are you referring to what is to be gained by completing collections ?

    If so, I would assume it would be sone sort of Merits / Honor / Dilithium (hopefully) system of prizes..

    There are max and min proficiency bonuses as well.

    You can see all the rewards for each tier by clicking on the chest icon in the upper right corner of the collection. There are all sorts of goodies including chrons, credits, merits, dil, ration, trainers, along with an increase to base and prof skills, rep fuel, and trainer amt.

    There is a really good mix of rewards! It should help all aspects of the game
