TL is buggy for me this afternoon

I have no idea what the problem is... both on steam and on my phone when it doesn't simply crash, I get "hailing Starfleet" endlessly. It just took me almost 30 mins to send out one shuttle. When I open chat it is just blank and voyages takes forever to load or crashes the game. No idea what the problem is....


Addendum:

Now steam isn't working for me at all and I get this error mag

    I have been having trouble for 2 days now... I tried clearing the cashe on my phone.. I tried logging in and staying logged in (when I am even able to log in) When I try to enter the shuttle (event) window.. the game freezes... really, about half the time that I try to leave the main screen the game freezes... it's the same with my phone and steam.... I have no idea if the problem is on my end or theirs.
