Gauntlet Exclusive Crew - Distribution Suggestion

With the disparity between people who received multiple copies of Guinan versus zero copies and the randomness of how the card could be achieved, I wanted to suggestion a change to the distribution. Rather than the exclusive card being distributed by the RNG, what if it was a Gauntlet-like achievement that would reset each time a new crew was released. It could be set up where after 300 wins you'd receive the exclusive crew. Then the amount required to receive an additional copy would increase by 100... so after you got your first one, another 400 wins to get the second (700 wins total), etc?

Then the card distribution comes across a bit more fair across the board to players of the Gauntlet.
