15,000 Dilithium spent on a Voyage and now it won't recall!
I've put in a support ticket and am waiting to hear back. I have one more dilemma to complete and went to revive my Voyage to reach the last dilemma (36th) to get Guinan and it won't revive! I've logged in and out and tried iPhone and Facebook via Google Chrome. Nothing.
I've spent 15,000 dilithium to get here and have 30 super rares, the Voyage rare crew and over 6000 dilithium to get back, with no way currently of getting any of it.
I also made the correct choice to unlock the Clown but the option to get him was greyed out so I've experienced two major bugs in this Voyage. I now can't do anything with my Voyage till I hear from DB. Please resolve soon!

EDIT: reading your post again I guess you already did that. Question: did the 846 DIL get subtracted from your account, or did just nothing happen?

Just nothing happened unfortunately, but at least dil wasn't subtracted. I've tried everything. Speaking to support at the moment and they asked me to reinstall the app but unfortunately it hasn't worked. They have said they will resolve so ultimately sounds like it will get sorted. I'm guessing the bug must have something to do with the fact it's just before the final dilemma.
I'm nowhere near your length, but have been sitting on a Voyage for the past few days that's stuck at the 14 hour dilemma. I had progressively worse problems getting the dilemmas to “pop” up for resolution, and this one won't trip at all. Just does that thing where the timer starts for the next post-dilemma phase and runs for about 20 seconds, then restarts and does it again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and tried it a bazillion times. I had already hit "A Higher Duty" parts 1 & 2, and the hope for a Fierce Guinan was the only reason I refueled to take it this far, so I don't want to just try to recall and give up getting this dilemma. I've put money into this Voyage!
I find it particularly galling that they've now added dilemmas as a Daily Mission when Voyages continue to be so buggy. And with a Galaxy Event starting tomorrow, I feel like I'm forced to choose between giving up on a good solution for my Voyage and recalling now so I can do well in the event, or sticking with it and hoping support gets back to me sooner than (much) later. So aggravating.

I could almost see that explanation making sense if there was less than 32 antimatter or so remaining...almost. But even then, that explanation just suggests to me that they recognize that sync could be a problem in a time dependent part of the game and they aren't bothering to code for it (IF voyage = system failure on server AND IF voyage = trigger dilemma on local client THEN make something sensible happen, erring on the side of a bit of generosity to the player).
In any case, thanks for sharing Mbannar, but I don't want to hijack Captain O'Bardain's thread with my specific Voyage problem. I really want to hear about Support's recent treatment of Captain O.
The support ticket "backlog" sticky has been up for more than two months this time, so obviously timely responses aren't even a goal any more. I find that totally unacceptable for something I pay for. I've enjoyed this game more than any Trek-related game ever--for more than two years now--but my days of paying (mostly out of gratitude and encouragement to keep developing it) have hit an end. I'm getting way too aggravated when things don't work right, in ways that waste my time and dilithium (that I pay real money for). Especially when there just doesn't seem to be any interest anymore on DB's part to fix things or at least make it right in a timely manner. I want to be wrong, but as it is I'm feeling disrespected and like I'm a sucker to keep paying.
They will not respond on here, as for dealing with all the C.S issue ,yup sucker is a good word to use
Feel the same exact way man
- do not copy/paste private exchanges between you and Support
- if you have an issue with how a ticket has been handled you always have the option to ask for it to be escalated to a Supervisor
- you can also PM me if you have concerns
- some issues do not have a solution but we will always make every effort to make things right as much as possible, within reason
As for responses times, the sticky is still there because we are still dealing with some delays.
This does not mean that the goal is not to get back on track in that regard.
Reading this I assume they gave you Guinan and The Clown?
