Vault collection bonus ideea

With all new features implemented, which are great by the way, how about creating a bonus for collection where chronitons recharge time is reduced(similar to increase chronitons limit).

That is actually a cute idea! However, maybe they will save that bonus feature for new starbase rooms ... we need those as well, very soon actually.
