10x Event Pack Did Not Give Event Crew

Picked up the Trader Odo deal; the first event pack pull did not give an event character, instead it had a super rare behold for niners Rom. Second pull was fine, but the first didn’t give the guaranteed event crew.

    Nexus Kirk I’m pretty sure was one, Rom, and I can’t recall the third (80% sure it was Young Khan); but it wasn’t a Troi, Odo, Dukat, or Garak variant.
