Event Rewards for Squadrons

I just want to state... Squad rewards should contain rewards that relate to fleets such as Holoemmiters or other starbase items depending on the rank of the squadron in the event? Of course its nice to have personal rewards... but is that not what the solo rank rewards achieves? I think there needs to be something to help fleets via squads or else there really is no point in fleets or squads.
