ADS button missing

Hi all,
I can't seem to play ADS videos anymore.
This is happening from Sunday evening.
The button is disappeared and won't come back even after the 30 min timeout.
I noticed that the videos didn't start sometimes during last few days, but now it seems that the feature itself is gone at all...
That's a sort of core function for me T_T

I've tried without luck to:
Restarting game/phone.
Trying different connection options (wifi, 4g, 3g).
Looking for ADS blockers on phone (Android), there aren't.
Complaining about injustice of outrageous fortune...

ADS on other games do work without issues.
Am I the only one experimenting this behavior?

    Sure, I opened a ticket too in the meantime, mainly because that's the first time something similar happens.

    Here's the DBID: 794019455840257

    In my fleet, I'm the only one affected by now (even if one of my teammates reported something similar once some weeks ago).

    Just a quick update to let you know that the issue just solved itself: ADS play button reappeared some minutes ago, after a vacancy of 3 total days.
