New Crew and trait suggestions

Hi Timeliners,

I remember I've seen some "new crew" suggestions all over the place,
but until now no extra thread (if I've overseen something, let me know and I'll repost it on the correct place)
and I think this topic - especially as it's an ongoing one - is worth having it's own place in the forum.
I'll add some of my suggestions below, each seperate, so they all can be discussed individually.

I really would like to see Tekeny Ghemor in the game,
the cardassian dissident and Legat of the Central Command.
He appeared about 3 times in DS9, like in "Second Skin" and "Ties of Blood and Water"
