4 stars not in packs

was wondering if there is a list of which 4 stars are not in packs. my reason for asking is I'm not sure it's worth buying the deal like 10 for 10 hopeing to get a legendary just to air lock everything else.

10 for 10 is the best deal DB has going right now, and most players buy it when they are offered. That being said...if you are buying it specifically for a chance at a legendary pull, Don't. You will most likly be more dissapointed then happy...but it is the cheapest gamble they offer....

Personally I think these should be stickied either way you can book mark them for updates using the star icon next to the thread title.

also, you can buy the packs now while on sale and not open them until new characters are added...
