Could anyone identify that device Nurse Kes is holding in her hand? Is that a medical device? Or what episode is that image from? Thanks.

As for the device itself, I did some googling and there's apparently a long tradition of a strange tuning fork - wrench - tool - thing. McCoy and Scotty were both pictured with em, which somewhat confuses whether it's a medical or engineering tool, or both.
