Behold Help: Admiral Picard, Commander T’Pol or Galen Picard?

Normally the chance for a free second star would seem obvious, but I’ve been advised in previous posts to airlock Admiral Picard when I’ve needed to clear crew slots, so now I’m not so sure. Suggestions?

Skip Commander T’Pol, she’s been in the freezer for a looong time for me. Between the other two, I couldn’t say - I’m working on a 3/4* Galen and my 1/4* Admiral Picard is untouched.

And I've had Admiral Picard in the freezer for a while, lol. Galen isn't significantly better than either of them, but I guess he's who I'd suggest. Picards will of course always be pretty useful as they'll likely show up in a lot of events.

Hmm, a quick glance at the lvl 100 stats spreadsheet shows me that neither T'Pol nor Galen are particularly great either, so it looks like a second star for the good ol' Admiral it is. Thanks for the quick input, folks!
