Frozen crew in cryostasis vault not sorted when viewing specific skill

When looking at a specific skill in the cryostasis vault, the crew is sorted based on strength in that skill. Great feature! However, frozen crew don't appear in the right place, but remain unsorted together with crew you don't have. See this screenshot where Marla is way down even though she's my third strongest base skill diplomacy.

Agreed, I was double checking my strongest 2* part-alien female SEC, and it's Kira, but she's listed significantly further down than Persis

This is not a bug, when you sort by skill it shows you all crew with that skill nothing more.
It does not sort based on that particular skill level.

@Shan See this screenshot scrolled to the top filtering on diplomacy. The crew's diplomacy base skill:

Pulaski: 1094
Shras: 1031
Cornwell: 977
Voq: 922
Kor: 895
Khan: 862
Kolos: 830
Odo: 816
Sato: 795

I could go on. Not a single one is out of order except the frozen crew. If this is by design it seems a very odd decision, and if so can you please change it?

As further evidence that this isn’t somehow a coincidence, there is a drop down menu that allows you to change what the sort is based on. You can select base, proficiency, or combined. (:

Is this bug still open? I have the same problem and found this discussion.
In my case "Michael Sullivan" (frozen, 854 MED), comes way after "Tieran Possessed Kes" (not frozen, MED 604) and even after "Crewman Tarses" (frozen, MED 263)...
But all unfrozen crew are correctly sorted.

I just noticed this because since the iampicard tool is no more, I have to do it ingame, and it doesn't even work correctly
