Event Achievement Bug

The thread on the bridge has pointed out that there may be a bug in the count.

I have never ever missed an event,
I have participated at least in someway or another in every event the game has had, be it with 100 points or ranking 110

But the counter says both I and my wife are only at 38 while others are at 39..
(With a limited few at 40 as beta testers)

Please advise, do I submit a ticket ?
Can this be looked into ?
If I'm missing out on this (for a week, sure..)
What else is skipping past the system that should be counted but is not ?

    Ticket couldn't hurt — and maybe take a screenshot of your last 40 event ranks from the Fleet window (though you'll have to combine the images in Photoshop or something, since I know the zendesk portal only lets you submit a few at a time).


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    Lol maybe I'll just write down the ranks and tell them to confirm by accessing the account..
    (They should have that ability yes ?

    I'll just say kudos to the majority of the Consumer Reps that handle the ticket items. They come through with resolving most of the issues. Screenshots are helpful. That being said one should not have to play this game feeling the need to take vids and screenshot through each step of the game to make a point.

    I’ve not missed an event.
    Never done a beta.
    Claimed 40th event reward today.

    Then I guess I did get borked by a week.
    I was gonna bug report this, ticket whatever..
    Unless the Gap grows as time goes on I'll just just let this go..

    Cunning quip as to why I've decided this is self censored.. but given today's events I'm sure everyone can put it together as easy as 1 something 3
