My thoughts on recent changes, mistakes, and neglect of players by DB

First of all let's address the rampant fan boy trolling and eraging. Grow up people. When you start anything out in life with the amount of vitrol and prejudice some of these threads have it is doomed to fail. Do us all a favor and stop being hate volcanos and delete your forum accounts.

That being said I DO NOT support DB'S current method of addressing things which is doing things their way, on their own time schedule, giving minimal feedback to criticism and most of that feedback is pre canned and insulting like highlighting TOS.

Really DB what do you expect from people when you ignore their feedback and make mistake after mistake and cover it up or just blatantly ignore the problem with the old ostrich defense. It infuriates people and eventually makes them so jaded they instinctively jump to negative conclusions like "DB intentionally messed up the faction part of the hybrid with such short notice to try to get me to buy chrons."

I don't believe the voyage daily was as big of a thing as people made it out to be. 200 honor is small fry. My biggest complaints about your product and management of it is that STT is stale and unbalanced compared to the current cost of events (your money makers). Also the lack of communication is also infuriating. Simply saying that the time portal is overdue for a update and we are looking into it isn't going to cut it anymore, we as paying customers want a definitive time line and list of crew to be added.

Really DB what you have here is a consumer confidence crisis brought about by your lack of communication and massive amounts of mistakes. I understand STT is a capatilistic business entity and that choices must be made some times to ensure a profit but really can your organization take pride in your recent performance and continued lack of communication, QA, and bad customer support?

Close this thread if you want. I belive I have satisfied your TOS requirements.
