Voyage Switching Skills after UNC day change / local time zone change & Antimatter bonus not given

I started a voyage after both the UNC day change and my local time zone change. The primary and secondary skills were different after starting the voyage. I thought this bug was fixed??? Also, the Antimatter was 2700 -- 2500 for ship plus 200 in bonus from the crew, but when I started the voyage, the Antimatter was 2575 -- 125 bonus Antimatter was missing. I also thought this bug was fixed??? Were they re-introduced with the last server patch?????u6xwygvn5h9z.png

  • Here's a second example. In this example, I am missing 150 antimatter bonus from the crew. The skills switched in the same manner.

  • This is a big factor in how many dilemmas you can reach without refill. It is a bigger problem than the ticket reponse of 'just send another voyage if you don't refill.'

    The better rewards drop from a longer voyage. The chron rate goes from 4 to 10. But, hey customer service says 2 4hr voyages + return time = 1 8hr voyage + return time.

    Oh really? Then why am i informed the reason no 4* crew dropped wasn't the traits changing, it's that they drop after the 6 - 7 hr.

    WTF??

    Do these people even play the game? Or am i supposed to ignore the cs being as glitched as the game.

  • Update: I launched a voyage today after getting event shuttles underway. Everything worked including the antimatter bonus. The game was shut down after the previous examples were set up.

    As I recall, the random changing was fixed, but not the issue around gauntlet reset time (8PM ET).

    It sounds like you've got it figured out, but to be clear:
    • Voyage skills and traits change at 8PM ET (there are a few reports that it happens at server midnight - I'd suspect these reports are in error).
    • If your client is open before 8PM ET and you start a voyage, you will still see the old skills/traits while starting your voyage.
    • After the voyage starts, the correct skills/traits are applied. This will result in primary/secondary skills and starting antimatter being different.
    • The workaround is to make sure you restart your client after 8PM ET. To be extra paranoid, you can restart immediately before starting a voyage.

    I have brought this up today, and we are working on it.
  • I had the same problem today. Focused on MED/DIP in selecting crew (8500/6900 respectively). Launched voyage and it became ENG/DIP. ENG was only 1700 so voyage failed after just under 5 hours.

    I remember skills changing twice in the same morning (was waiting for shuttles to switch voyage crew). So, no, not in error.
  • This is not an 8PM ET as I have had the skill swap issue happen all through the day (my crew can handle only about a 2.5 hour voyage right now). It is also not a client restart issue as I close completely out and go back into the game clean each time. However, I still see one pair of gold/silver skills I use to build my crew and then have to end and recall the voyage because a completely different pair of skills are required for the voyage.

    Also, there are a lot of mix-ups on the images shown with the crew descriptions. It will say "Kirk" on the text but show the crew image of a completely different person.
