I'm not sure who is best. I'm leaning to Archer.

    I'm super powered in security. Engineering is a bit weak.

    Just IMO mind you, but still Intendant Kira (her security in the Gauntlet is 'lights-out').

    Archer has been in zero events. Janeway is in every other event.*

    *This is hyperbole. It might be 1 in 3 ...

    After looking at the 1/5 stats, I went with Kira. Archer's engineering just wasn't good.

    Kira is a great card, she also scores pretty high in SEC for voyages.
