Some more information on the game

There are two aspects of the game that should let us help decide upon thing about the fleet with the right information to act correctly.
We have more or less 1 Captain per Squadron that has the Official attribute, each Official Captain, can modify the Starbase rooms priorities, and there are occasions when even though we all agree about which room should be the priority, we later realize that someone has changed it. For this particular thing I request, a small change log, only visible to the Offcials, the log should have the last 10 room priority change and who did them.
The second thing, there are people that don't know about the process of donating to the Starbase rooms, so, in this case a kind of traffic light would solve the problem:
Green: 700 donations made correctly in 20 multiples quantities
Yellow: 700 donations made incorrectly, not in 20 multiples quantities
Red: No donation made.
So we know who to tell how to donate.

So now yellow can mean that the player has donated already but not the 700 components, so we know, this people are growing and let them play and then we can concentrate on the people that do not donate to the starbase and focus on them to tell them how to do it.
