Messages Getting Lost, Fleet and Squad; Invites, Applicants not Going Through

this seems to have become an ON-GOING ISSUE for the past several MONTH.
SYSTEM MESSAGES. applicants and invites are not being delivered, this is effecting both Fleet and Squads.
is there any ETA when this is going to be addressed.
DB needs to fire the Ferrengi and higher more Engineers, Rom doesn't count.

    and now its not just' not going through, but totally failing with error message.
