Event Shuttles Disappearing?

Ok, I thought I may have missed sending all 4 shuttles the night before as I only had 3 finish overnight with 9h 2x boosts on them and the 4th was no where to be found. I made SURE I had all 4 sent last night and when checked this morning I only had 3 again!

    I thought I sent shuttle last night too. But they were not there this morning.... I just thought I forgot to send them. Which is not usual for me...

    sent out 4 shuttles at noon. 1 came back.
