Giving an "atta boy" where it's due

I put in a support ticket today regarding a frozen voyage at 18:59 EDT and recieved a response and a fair resolution by 20:36 EDT. I just wanted to make that fact public bacause the volume of positive experience feedback tends to pale in comparison to that of the negative. Thank you DB Support Staff for the prompt reply and solution to my minor, yet important to me, problem.
