    Base and combined are nothing to boast about and only her MED proficiency is worth the punt so I won't be chasing her.

    Well if she couldn't even learn to swim after 300 years, no surprise other things got neglected. Just sitting around smelling the flowers and plowing the fields atrophied her skillset.

    She could slow the passage of time somehow. It was never really explained, other than her having some innate ability related to time.

    The idea is that the Ba'ku, Anij most in particular, if highly trained can explore the depths of a single moment. It's not so much time manipulation itself as manipulation of one's (or other's if the moment is shared) perception of time. So perhaps something somewhat telepathic? Chronopathic might be a good term for it.
