Rare Reward appearing where they really shouldn't be.

I've collected every rare reward possible so there is no reason for me to look out for these.
If a mission is at the top of the list and is better or close to the one's below in terms of chron I'll usually go for the top listed mission if there isn't anything better.
These always appear with 5 pips out of 5 and are at the top of the list of missions so of course, I choose it!
You might say I should be more careful. I say this is a game - don't make it more work than it needs to be.
I already have a job and children, a house, a cat , a lawn (endless yard work)
This is DB's job, my hobby (big difference).
I really don't want anyone telling me that I need to put a ticket in every time I forget to check to make sure this isn't a "Rare Reward" rather than a "Standard Reward".
