Accessing old forums and PM inbox?

Hi,
Is there a way to access the old forums, even as read only, I seem to get redirected here.
Also, I need to access my old forum PM inbox.
If this is not possible, then accounts should be move across here.
There is a lot of information over there, built up over a log]no time, just to dump it all is poor form!

    EDIT: Now even the method below no longer seems to work. Please, Shan -- can you have your web dev folks stop auto-redirecting these links to the new forum? We were told we would still have access to all the information there!

    I too found this annoying, as we were told they would remain available for us to consult if needed. However, there is a way. You need to go directly to the sub-forums -- and thankfully, I had these saved in my history...

    As far as accessing your old profile and PMs, I don't believe there's a way. Your best bet, outside of submitting a ticket to customer service, may be to PM Shan and see if she can get you access or at least pass your request along.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    We are looking into the rerouting, try in incognito mode and do not log in, it worked for me.
    As for accessing your mail box I am not sure if that will be possible.
    You should have received an email for reach message though, that might help?

    I can confirm (at least for me) using my browser's incognito mode allowed me access to and navigation within the old forums.

    It should be fixed now, without requiring the go incognito :)
