And do Premium Pulls have the same crew pool as Voyages drops (other than schematics and Voyages-only crew)?

I couldn’t seem to find a list or spreadsheet on the Wiki or here.

I think the closest you will get is to say anyone before the last loot table update was in it already and then see what was added in last update of the reward tables, which had the latest most recent crew from events etc, last additions where in that. Anyone newer and not mentioned isn't in the pool yet, and i would say all else prior are in.
