Today it just occured to me , that with the advent of Star Bases, creating a new fleet is a big step back for many. I would like to suggest maybe adding a 30 day grace period for newly formed fleets , that would allow new fleets to build rooms at a reduced cost/rate for a chance to catch up to the older fleets and be competitive ...
