Ensign Pazlar when exceeding your crew slots and awaiting your decision to airlock or not appears with the name "Melora", however this does not allow you to search for her either in the crew listings or the cryo vault.

You can thankfully search by hear traits, e.g. Elaysian, and she will show up, same with "Pazlar" or "Ensign Pazlar" but not for "Melora", either she should only display with the searchable name or the search index should be updated to add this secondary name.

Charles Tucker is the same, shows as "Trip" but searching for "Trip" yields nothing in the crew/frozen crew.
