Phoenix Cochrane isn't talking

I checked the timelines wikia for Cochrane and apparently he now has a quote about a 4-alarm hangover from First Contact, he didn't have any quotes before and I guess he has one now.

I have him in my crew and tried to get the sound bite but so far I've got nothing. Maybe the game needs a new update or patch.

    I'm still waiting on them to get any of the Spocks aside from the 1* to say anything.

    I think you have to select him for an away mission to get the sound byte.

    I put him on an away mission and I still didn't get the quote.
