Add Ability To Change Fleet Name

When a fleet name change is in order, we had to lose our starbase progress. Can we have the ability to edit our fleet names?

Same think I asked via ticket. It crazy to dispband the fleet and I want to rename it. Same think should happen with squads. Please hear us!
