Program stops responding when trying to go to fleet chat

I am on steam and I have invested in 4 separate accounts. This is the only account that experiences the issue. It also does not happen to me on android. It takes me a good minute or two to get into fleet chat on this account as long as i just let it sit. other times i have to reboot. I have tried to put in a ticket and i understand that time response is slow. However, this problem is making it hard for me to be a team player for my fleet. I really hope something can be done about this. It is really making me feel alienated from the game, and has only begun recently since the program started to unfairly censor me not but a few days ago which i submitted a ticket which @Shan had taken over. And seemingly was resolved, but with this side effect. (I can access UC without a hitch, but not fleet or squad chat in the same manner.) I would appreciate a response and hopefully a fix for whatever is happening to my account.
