Replicating 4* gold-pressed latinum issue.

Can't replicate 4* gold-pressed latinum. Have tried with all rep rations and mix of rations/schems, get this same message each time.

    By design, latium is not replicatable because it is not replicatable in Trekverse. Too bad the error message doesn't adequately explain that.

    You can replicate an item that has latinum in it, but cannot replicate the latinum itself.

    In this case, it is actually a feature and not a bug.

    To be fair I had to google this when I first encountered it so I think they could make the error a bit clearer.
    I'm also not sure they should have bothered with this "feature" just to stick to canon when they ignore it in other more significant ways, it just seem stupid to me.

    I recommend adwarping the 22 chron ground mission (4 items per run) which also has 3* Databases and 3* Furz and 2* Spices inside. The 4* Latnam drops quite often actually.

    Totally agreed! This message is definitely misleading.
    My first thought also was something like "oh crap... DB are having problems with their software again" (which isn't far-fetched, by the way ;) )

    Maybe just remove the "Replicate" option from the list of places that Latinum can be found?
