4th Vulcan Reward Tier

Seems with 3 new Vulcan this week that the Vulcan collection should get a 4th reward tier. Similar sized collections seem to offer 4 tiers.

I was going to post the same thing. For the record though, none of the other race collections have the 4th tier. It should be noted, however, that none of those have enough for the 4th tier

Actually I think all collections should have the 25 tier even if there are not enough characters to get that tier yet for future proofing. (cept the Western thing, but that's just cause its an odd collection already with each character bringing a bonus)

I wonder what the reward would be though ... maybe 4'000 Merits, 600 Chronitons, 1'000'000 Credits and 2'000 Honor?
