Voyage stuck for 12 hours during event

So my voyage has been stuck at the 16 hour dilemma for 12 hours now. I have tried force-closing the app (I primarily play on iPad) and reopening dozens of times. Also tried logging in on Facebook. No change. Nothing else (shuttles, missions, dabo, gauntlet) are having any problems; just the voyage. I've already submitted a ticket, and I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours for an issue to be resolved, and normally I wouldn't be so put-out over this, but it's just super-frustrating to have this happen during an event. C'mon guys.

Can you recall it? Often on stuck Voyages (it's happened to me), if you take screenshots and then recall, CS will reimburse you for Dil spent to get to that dilemma. Then you wouldn't be stuck waiting and losing ground, at least.

I'm in the same boat at 20 hours. I don't want to recall it until I've heard back from my support ticket as I want to be sure I get my rewards including the 20 hour achievement.
