Which would you pick, and why?

I only have Surak, Kung Fu Sarek, Cornwell, Housecat Sato, Bride Dax, Movie Geordi, Little Green Quark and OG Cochrane as five-stars...

I'd go with Kira just because of the 3 skills vs 2 skills and they all top out similarly in their main 2 skills. None are dominant in the gauntlet

Rura Penthe Kirk is very strong on Security for shuttles. Jazz odo is ok on shuttles for Dip.

Kira isn't bad for voyages.

To my mind though Kirk is the best option and he is bonus for next event.

I'd have gone for kirk too - and not just because he's event crew this coming weekend. That is an extremely good Security legendary for shuttles, even if you don't fuse him up for some time to come.

I have the other two, and i dont see them pop up often, normally i would say take three skills over two, but in this case, i think i would take the Kirk.

I was leaning towards Kira before I posted here, but I ended up going with Kirk, for several of the reasons listed above.
