I'm not sure if this is something that belongs in Engineering... It certainly strikes me as a "bug". That being said, why does the build recipe for a 3-star item (e.g. Romulan Cloaking Device) require a 4-star item (e.g. a 4-star Sensor). That makes no sense, so it makes me think it has to be a bug.

    Yeah I see that too. Really expensive, better to just replicate the 3* item at that point. Unless this is a bug.
