Your starbase is your fleets, so you all have the same bonus there.
Or are you referring to bonuses you got via Collections?

Simple math shows it’s more around 33% of the time when it should be 10% should DB stop playing by a second set of concealed percentages

You guys treating AND slots as if only the first trait works, and you get 25% of the second trait, and ignoring the displayed percentage on the client?

I can confirm that it is indeed the squad leader's bonuses that are applied.

The first event of this mega, after my squad leader and I had gotten Surak FE, and neither of us bought a citation or DYS, when I used his, it had better stats than mine.

This is true. I had it the other way, where mine was better than the shared one.

well that's the reason i asked as even a % or 2 can 'make a difference' and all things being equal crew wise it could make the difference on who should be squad leader.
