Was in Steam, it started throwing errors and kicked me out. Tried opening on Android, doesn't work. Tried re-opening on Steam, it won't let me back in.
Not sure if this helps, but I was able to get in at 11:57 and received a “special offer” that was blank except for the header. I closed it, the tab flickered and then opened the blank offer again, then flickered and disappeared. After that I was locked out.
Edit: apparently not helpful, as Shan was too quick with the fix.

Had the same issue here (Android 6.0). Switched to another account, that one was fine. Switched back to the initial, problematic account, and the problem resolved itself. A fleet member (playing on iOS, I believe) also logged in to find herself out of the fleet, but a restart of the game fixed it.

Did y'all seriously just break the game so you could push a $25 ship offer at the same time as an event start? Please don't do that.

This is very odd, since in the past whenever u add new stuff, like ppl to vault , we got error pops all off a sudden. But this time its unrelated?
